Create Backup & Recovery in the BridgeVoice app
Create a Backup & Recovery file with one tap and save it somewhere you trust. You can use it to restore your child's BridgeVoice setup on a new device whenever you need it.
BridgeVoice keeps your child's communication setup on their device by default. Backups are created only when you choose to make one.
Backup files may contain private family information such as pictures and voice recordings. Store them somewhere you trust.
In the BridgeVoice app
- Open Parent Mode
- Go to Settings → Backup & Recovery
- Tap Create Backup & Recovery
- Save the file somewhere you trust
The website cannot create a backup of your phone. Backup & Recovery happens inside the BridgeVoice app after you install it. Join the launch list for app availability updates, or visit Support for help.
