Terms of Service

BridgeVoice is a product of Keystone Labs, part of Keystone Group Holdings LLC. In these terms, “BridgeVoice,” “we,” and “us” refer to the operator of the BridgeVoice product and related services.

BridgeVoice is intended to support communication using photos, phrases, speech, recordings, routines, and caregiver-managed tools. Adults are responsible for setup, permissions, account access, content, supervision, and deciding whether BridgeVoice is appropriate for their family.

BridgeVoice is not a medical device, diagnostic service, emergency monitoring system, or substitute for professional care or adult supervision. It does not contact emergency services.

Core local communication can be used without a child account. Optional protected services require a permanent adult account. Keep the Parent PIN, email account, invitation links, and devices secure.

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful content, or invite someone who is not authorized to access the relevant family information.

You retain responsibility for photos, recordings, phrases, routines, and other content you add. You grant BridgeVoice and its service providers permission to process that content only as needed to provide features you request, such as backup, caregiver access, notifications, or AI photo labeling.

Availability of cloud, notification, purchase, and AI features can depend on connectivity, platform services, account status, permissions, and third-party providers. Manual communication tools and installed device speech remain available according to the app's local functionality.

If paid features are offered through an app store, purchase, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are governed by that store's terms and the disclosures shown at purchase. BridgeVoice may improve, limit, or discontinue features while taking reasonable care not to misrepresent current functionality.

BridgeVoice is provided on an “as available” basis. Communication outcomes vary, and BridgeVoice does not guarantee a particular educational, therapeutic, behavioral, medical, or developmental result.

To the extent allowed by law, BridgeVoice is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from service interruption, device loss, unauthorized sharing, or reliance on the app as an emergency or professional service.
